9.1 PERSONAL PACKAGES - Industrial Painting And Commercial Painting
Industrial Painter .com reserves the right to inspect any and all packages brought into or out of company property, office, trucks, storage areas, or job sites for any reason, at any time. Under no circumstances will an employee be permitted to bring unauthorized packages, bags, knapsacks, boxes, attaché cases, hand bags, etc., on company property for any reason.

9.2 PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Industrial Painter .com is not responsible for any items brought onto the premises, which are lost, stolen or damaged. We do not accept responsibility for any property belonging to any employee.

9.3 PERSONAL BUSINESS
Personal business should not be conducted during working hours. You should not be contacted during working hours except for emergencies. Friends, relatives, solicitors, salesmen, collectors, etc., should not contact you at the work place without advance approval of your Supervisor. Friends, relatives, acquaintances, and other visitors of any kind should not loiter or congregate near work areas. Do not bring these people onto projects with you. You are here to do a job, not to socialize or take care of personal business.

9.4 PERSONAL CALLS
Company telephones are for business related use only. Employees are to limit their personal calls to 3 minutes. No more than two personal calls can be made in a day, unless given permission by his/her Supervisor. Messages will be taken and can be picked up at the office. Please try and not use the office as a personal message center - This is a business, not your home. No long distance personal phone calls are permitted on company phones.

9.5 PERSONAL MAIL
Industrial Painter .com will not be responsible for anyone's personal mail or property of any kind for any reason. We discourage personal packages and mail to be delivered/and sent to the office, however, you may ask special permission from the office Mgr. or Supervisor. Industrial Painter .com is not a post office, but does understand that certain personal mailings might be delivered to the office. Just don't abuse this policy.

9.6 PERSONAL CLEANLINESS
Cleanliness is of the utmost importance in the painting industry. Customers judge the way you work not only by your cleanliness and neat appearance, but also by the cleanliness of the equipment, trucks, and tools, etc. So we can never put enough stress on the overall importance of cleanliness.

In the painting business, you must make a real commitment to keeping both yourself and the job site neat, clean, and organized at all times. Numerous studies have shown cleanliness to be the single most important factor in customer surveys regarding the painting industry. People might not complain, - they just won't call us back if they think we're messy painters. Cleanliness cannot be overemphasized. Creating or contributing to messy conditions will not be tolerated. A personal commitment to cleanliness is an essential element of our jobs.

9.7 PERSONAL VEHICLE INSURANCE
The company does not provide insurance for physical damage or liability when employees use their own vehicles for business purposes.
