help define employee relationships with the company and each other that
directly affects employee's compensation, working conditions, responsibilities,

company accompanied by fair, open and honest policies. Our policies attempt
to meet the tests of fairness, openness, and honesty. If any discrepancies
or difficulties exist or develop with any of the written policies, you
are encouraged to present a suggestion to the President of Industrial Painter .com that may result in a policy or procedure change. However, all suggestions
do not result in a change although all suggestions are considered. Remember,

This manual and all policies set forth herein are published only for guidance
in administering policies and other procedures for Industrial Painter .com
and are subject to change by Industrial Painter .com at any time with or without
notice at the absolute discretion of the company. This manual and the
terms contained therein, referred to or mentioned, are not intended to,
nor should be construed to constitute a contract of employment between
the company and any one of its personnel. This manual and the contents
are presented as a matter of information and direction only.
No individual
supervisor has the authority to enter into agreement contrary to the authority
to the foregoing and no representations made either before or during employment
can change or modify the stated policy. Nothing in this document is to
be construed to prevent the employee or the employer from terminating
the employment relationship with or without cause, with or without notice,
at any time, at either the discretion of the employee or the employer.

ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY
It is the policy of Industrial Painter .com that all of the employees should
be able to enjoy a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
Industrial Painter .com strictly prohibits its foremen, supervisors or employees
from sexually harassing any member of its staff or customers. Sexual harassment
is defined as making unwelcome sexual advances, requesting sexual favors
or engaging in verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature which is
made a term or condition of employment, used as basis for employment decisions
or unreasonably interferes with work performance by creating an intimidating,
hostile or offensive working environment. Any such harassment will not
be permitted or tolerated by Industrial Painter .com
All foremen
and supervisors of Industrial Painter .com are expected to immediately halt
any sexual harassment of which they become aware of emphasizing the policy
of Industrial Painter .com, as stated herein, and if necessary, by direct disciplinary
action. All foremen and supervisors who become aware of any such sexual
harassment are to immediately notify Senior Management personnel of Industrial Painter .com
Any employee
who believes that they have been subject to sexual harassment from either
a co-worker, foreman or supervisor should make it clear to the offender
that such behavior is offensive to them and should immediately bring the
circumstances of such harassment to the attention of Management personnel.
In the event that any employee wishes to speak with Senior Management
personnel, other than their immediate foreman or supervisor, regarding
any such matter, the employee should immediately request a meeting with
the President, who will make his own independent inquiry into any allegations.
All allegations of sexual harassment will be promptly investigated and
reviewed by Senior Management personnel of Industrial Painter .com.It is important
and beneficial for all employees who feel that they have been harassed,
or are being harassed, to report any such incidents to Management. All
reports "to the extent possible" will be held strictly confidential.
Industrial Painter .com recognizes that a particular action or incident is personal. You
have the right to maintain good social relations without a discriminatory
employment effect. Investigations will be based on a factual determination
based upon all facts relating to the particular action or incident. Given
the nature of this type of discrimination, Industrial Painter .com also recognizes
that false accusations of sexual harassment can have serious effects on
innocent women and men.
Therefore,
Industrial Painter .com will make every effort to conduct a prompt investigation
of any such complaints and will make reasonable efforts to protect the
confidentiality of all parties involved. All employees are also hereby
notified that any employee, foreman or supervisor found to have engaged
in any type of sexual harassment shall be subject to disciplinary action
up to and including immediate termination of employment. Industrial Painter .com anticipates that all foremen, supervisors and employees will continue
to act responsibly to establish a pleasant working environment free of
harassment and discrimination.

"OPEN DOOR" POLICY
Regardless of your position with Industrial Painter .com you may at one time
or another have questions or grievances pertaining to Company policies,
procedures, or actions. We encourage you to seek assistance in resolving
your questions or problems. Do not let them go. Small problems become
large when they are not discussed. If you encounter practices that are
inconsistent with, or contradict Company policies, notify your supervisor.
Remember, it is a vote of confidence for you to bring a complaint or a
suggestion to your supervisor. The best time to resolve a problem is while
it is small.
A direct
and honest discussion of the problem with your supervisor would, in most
cases, help reach a solution. We are always willing to work out problems
and complaints and to listen to suggestions or schedule meetings in order
to reach a solution.

Supervisors have the primary responsibilities for keeping all aspects
of the operations running smoothly and efficiently, thus ensuring that
our customers and clients are satisfied. In order to do this they must
have your cooperation and support. While supervisors are interested in
helping each of you do a good job, you in turn have a responsibility to
help them accomplish their tasks. Your supervisors are here for advice
and assistance, ask questions or offer constructive suggestions. Whenever
you are unsure of what you should be doing... ASK YOUR SUPERVISOR!

INFORM YOUR SUPERVISOR
Your supervisor needs to know everything that affects you, your job or
the operation. Please be sure to inform him / her of the following:
- 1. Any customer
complaints or problems regarding customer service.
- 2. Lost and
found items.
- 3. Any suggestions
or ideas for improving our operation.
- 4. Any personal
problems that affect your job performance.
- 5. Any change
of address, telephone number, availability or related issues.
- 6. Any accidents
to employees or customers and/or any potential safety or health hazard.
- 7. The name
of persons to be notified in case of emergency.
- 8. Anything
in the job-site area that doesn't look right.
- 9. Any inventory
shortage.
- 10. Any equipment
malfunction or problems.
- 11. Any company
policies or procedures that are violated.
- 12. Any and
all other questions relating to your job that you may have at any time.
- 13. Any employee
that feels his/her supervisor/foreman is doing something out of the norm
or notices their behavior is indifferent, should notify the President
for discussion on this matter.
- 14. Don't
assume that everybody is perfect, even authority members have been known
to be dishonest.
- 15. To facilitate
improved communication and teamwork, an employee suggestion / comment
box is provided at the office. We really do want to know what you have
to say.

MANAGEMENTS RIGHTS
Management rights include, but are not limited
to;
- 1. The
right to hire.
- 2. The
right to promote and demote.
- 3. The
right to terminate employees with or without notice.
- 4. The
right to discipline, suspends, and discharge for just cause.
- 5. The
right to increase, or decrease, the size of the work force to meet
the needs or conditions of the business.

The right to terminate operations or any part thereof.
- 7. The
right to establish and enforce work regulations.
- 8. The
right to determine schedules of work and/or days of work.
- 9. The
right to determine the location of job sites.
- 10.
The right to install laborsaving devices or equipment.
